Hi there!

My name is Sarah, the Head of Patient Care here at MedBelle, where it is our mission to build the digital hospital.

Healthcare is one of the least digitised and standardised industries, making it incredibly inefficient and often causing negative patient experiences.

We are reinventing healthcare to make it work as it should. MedBelle offers medical procedures whilst leveraging technology to make the process simple from start to finish.

Backed by renowned international investors, we are helping an ever-growing number of patients and therefore need to expand our patient care team with motivated people that are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Chances are you’re a great fit if you…

  • Are fluent in both spoken and written English (no German skills required)
  • Have previous experience in a customer service and/or sales based role (the patient care role itself is not a traditional sales role, but skills in this area are very much key to success).
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment and have impeccable time management and organisational skills.
  • Are competent and confident communicating via phone, email and Whatsapp.
  • Have the ability to think on your feet and a willingness to adapt and develop.
  • Can bring a positive attitude to work with you every day.


Your day to day role will involve…

  • Informing, guiding and supporting patients through their treatment journeys.
  • Performing well on KPIs and where necessary finding solutions to problems in order to support the team’s targets and goals.
  • Taking responsibility for patients and their requests, whilst maintaining a caring but professional demeanour.
  • Keeping on top of tasks, admin and workload to ensure a smooth day to day running.
  • Training and supporting fellow team members to create & develop the best possible processes and procedures.
