Product Management Intern
My name is Benjamin and I am the Head of Product here at Medbelle.
Our mission is to build the first digital hospital and we want you to help us build it.
Healthcare is one of the least digitised and standardised industries, making it incredibly inefficient and often causing negative patient experiences.
We are reinventing healthcare to make it work as it should. Medbelle offers medical procedures whilst leveraging technology to make the process simple from start to finish. We are both a service and a technology business.
Backed by renowned international investors, we are helping an ever-growing number of patients and are therefore looking for passionate people who share our vision of affecting real change in healthcare.
Technology lies at the heart of our business. Hence, we are looking for a hungry junior candidate with the strongest of work ethics and true entrepreneurial spirit to join us in building our digital hospital.
Our Product team is the focal point between our users (patients, surgeons, hospitals and our operational staff), our business needs and our engineering team. We research and identify user and business needs and manage our product roadmap from end to end.
We iterate and move fast but also put an extraordinary focus on service quality, technological integrity and the happiness of our patients, partners and staff - as evidenced by our stellar reviews online
We believe in building products that our users love. To enable that, we have a big and seasoned in-house engineering team and work with lean and agile software development methodologies.
As we grow and expand our offering, we are looking for an entrepreneurial bridge-builder between our users, our business and our tech team to join us as a Product Management Intern.
What you will do:
What you bring to the table:
What we offer you:
What the crew is like & why I love working here…
By uniting the brightest minds in the industry with an insatiable passion for building the best possible patient experience, we have created a big family of healthcare professionals, engineers, and entrepreneurs that are striving towards bringing healthcare to the 21st century. We're a small and truly international team with a strong focus on numbers and growth, but also love to do fun stuff and spend time together outside the office. As a typical Berlin startup, this comes with the typical perks and benefits: free coffee & British tea, fruits, an amazing office villa in Kreuzberg, Friday meme-meetings and lots of team events.
We move quickly. If you are a great match, we can cover the initial phone interview, on-site interviews and chat with the founder in one week. I look forward to hearing from you!
