My name is Sebastian and I am the Head of Growth here at Medbelle, where it is our mission to build the first digital hospital. First of all, let me tell you what Medbelle is all about.
As the first digital hospital, we are rebuilding the patient experience for elective medical procedures from scratch (started with cosmetic, bariatric and eye surgery and now also orthopaedic). We work with the best surgeons and rent operating space from selected facilities - while providing an outstanding, digital-first and transparent patient experience and a personal patient care adviser to guide our patients from start to finish. This is what allows us to provide patients with a stellar level of care that we would love to experience ourselves. By also providing technology that integrates the entire patient journey for providers, we can reduce costs, make their lives much easier and, therefore, improve elective procedures across the quadruple aim: better outcomes, better patient experience, lower costs, better provider experience.
Backed by renowned international investors, we are providing an ever-growing number of patients with the highest quality of care the UK has to offer. Having grown from a few visionary early employees to a thriving post-Series A company in a short period of time, we are convinced that we already provide the best service available for patients. Our main challenge now is building a strong consumer brand and scaling our marketing communication.
We are now looking for an experienced direct-to-consumer VP of Marketing to build the most-trusted brand for medical procedures.
Our Medbelle family is a small and truly international team (80%+ internationals). We pride ourselves on our company culture that’s focused on building a great service with a professional emphasis on numbers and growth.
